I did my first ever Park Run on Saturday morning (Because my wife made me). It was cold, pouring with rain and I probably should have had something to eat on the morning (Or something better than a Chinese Takeaway on Friday night). Still, I got round in 26:49 which I suppose isn't a bad benchmark - I need to do more speedwork.Comment
