Didn't you hear his speech on the morning after the result? He accepted the result and said that people should now hold Westminster's feet to the fire to make sure they delivered on their 'vow' (it wasn't a pledge). They have already missed the first deadline and it's bound to fall by the wayside because Cameron is trying to tie it to English reforms which weren't agreed by the 3 stooges when they were panicking.

If they don't give us the extra powers in the timescale promised, all those No voters who believed them will come over to the Yes side for the GE and all the young people will know never to trust them in the future.

Was the pledge conditional on the behaviour of Alex Salmond?

Salmond is saying now there is likely to be another route to independence soon. Perhaps a majority SNP vote at GE triggering another one, if the vow has been reneged on. Obviously if that happens no one will buy anything Westminster says and it would be a large majority for yes.

You said the last referendum would be a large majority for yes.

This 45 stuff is a total cringe.

The SNP now have over 11,000 new members signed up in 3 days. That's more that they had as members 10 years ago.

The Greens have more than 2,000 new members and the SSP have 1,000 more.

So expect a dip in membership at renewal time in 12 months.

                    But it's not fair.

5 point swing in it, hardly a decisive win.
