You don't know. The EU and the UK do.

...the EU has already stated that the RUK would continue as a member.
Scotland will be leaving the UK and setting up as a new state

Not sure why the 'Ye's side can't just listen to what the EU are saying re. Article 48 and 49.

You have posters saying why wouldn't the EU want Scotland with all it's oil/fisheries/renewables etc and then you actually think the EU is not going to see the UK as UK without Scotland. You do know that the UK actually imports more from the EU than it exports right?

The UK continued without the Irish Free State.

Irish Free State Constitution Act 1922 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If it were otherwise with Scotland, then it would be very unclear which country would retain responsibilities for the overseas territories, sovereign base areas in Cyprus and the Crown Dependencies. These will clearly remain with the UK of EWNI.

Ok so rUK will be allowed in but Scotland not, even though both were inside before. Doesn't that seem unfair to anyone?

The rUK won't have left in the first place.

... RUK never left. We, Scotland, will have chosen to leave and that includes a conscious choice to accept the Article 48/49 entry mechanism.
It's part of the deal of a 'Yes' vote.

If you don't want the UK - that's your choice, but you have to accept there will be consequences.

I think both will be automatically accepted back in.

Imagine an abusive husband and wife are part of a club, the wife divorces the husband and the club ejects the wife and allows the husband to remain a member. Would be seen as morally wrong.

Yes it is rather. But I expect an accommodation will be made but not necessarily for all the demands a Scottish government might make.

It would all work out fine one way or another. Probably.
