Most of your posts assume that Scotland will do what it wants, get what it wants, get full control the oil and not have to pay for anything.

In short you do not view the Union as providing any benefits but paradoxically you expect to keep all those benefits should Scotland become independent.

Maybe that's because the Union has had the dividend of having Scotland as a member for all those years but didn't do very much in return.

We will get 90% of the oil because it's in our waters.

I've come to the conclusion that, rather like the No campaign, this thread is useless.

Scotland will vote Yes because it's about how people feel and what they hope for the future. It's a new dawn for both countries.

And, you know what, I doubt anyone will die and both iScotland and rUK will muddle through somehow. It'll be ok in the end.

I can't wait until the results on Friday

Ratings agency Moody's has said an independent Scotland could expect an investment-grade credit rating but face higher borrowing costs than the rest of Britain. If negotiations on how to separate proved acrimonious, its rating would be lower.

Of course, they wont need to borrow because they'll all be so filthy rich from the oil and natgas money.
As they drive around in their gold plated BMWs listening to SalmondFM they'll only hear the stories about their southern neighbours having to borrow.
