Funniest thing is, all I've heard is how independance will bring fairness and prosperity to all of Scotland yet they because they have oil/fish/renewables etc they expect to be granted entry to the EU above those currently waiting.

    Now that smacks of hypocrisy.
Why do you think people in Scotland want to rush back into the EU? Why? There's no rush by anyone I've spoken to at home.

What serious threat is Scottish waters going to face? Sudanese pirates perhaps? Of wait English fishermen, yes. Imagine fishing boats coming into the north sea from England with frigates. Doofus.

That doesn't work. How we proportion any assets that have been paid for by the UK public over the last 300 years? Surely an extremely difficult job to do even if both sides are getting on.

Which they are unlikely to be doing so after the UK refuses a CU.

I think you're missing the point. Salmond doesn't want CU. He is just pretending to make a play for some of the DevoMax supporters.

I'm not upset, I'm excited. Change is exciting. The final push for change is embarking.

I guess it's a lot more exciting when you don't live there and won't have to suffer the consequences of a yes vote

Quite right. I'm enjoying this immensely, and I'll be really disappointed if it's a No, just because I'd hate to miss how this turns out.
