Interesting then that most Interim Managers do not see themselves as "contractors", and most people think contractors are people who build walls and dig holes.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostNo. You can be an independent contractor, though

I'm frequently contracted as an "Interim Manager" and I certainly view myself as a contractor. I can't think of a single "Interim Manager" that I've ever worked with that doesn't consider themselves a contractor either.Originally posted by malvolio View PostInteresting then that most Interim Managers do not see themselves as "contractors", and most people think contractors are people who build walls and dig holes.
I don't know where your perception comes from, but it certainly doesn't align with my experience and views.Comment

Password reset worked for me. I couldn't get in with the old one (despite the assurances that names and passwords would work), but I've managed to reset and post since then.Originally posted by tractor View PostI had to reset my password to access the fora over there. Trouble is, reset password link doesn't work. Oh well!Comment

I got in, but it wasn't the same password as the main site. I expect the problem is that 'remembered' passwords aren't remembered for the new site.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostPassword reset worked for me.
