        You mean the SBS wouldn't have the funds to pay the likes of Jonathan Ross £18m a year?

        The quality of some Scottish produced shows on the BBC are very good but there's always the hundreds of channels on SKY/Virgin Media/BT to watch as well.

                      BBC needs split up anyway, 10 channels and 7 radio stations is too much. Could easily half the license fee.
