Mr Bolland blamed teething problems with the website for the fall in sales. The latest results mark the 12th quarter in a row that sales at M&S's homeware and clothing division have fallen.Comment

Website was outsourced to a company with many staff members named Robert. This was a cost-saving measure.My subconscious is annoying. It's got a mind of its own.Comment

There are many companies I would outsource a customer facing website too but ones with a different cultural context would be nowhere near the shortlist.
Nor would I treat the biggest, most profitable shop to cost saving....merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
