    Docked wages

    Hi all

An electrical company I work for (through my agency) have docked my wages for an issue they have regarding our clocking in machine, even though all the guys know I was on site the managers are refusing to allow me to dispute this with them and are taking a days pay off me. Is there any help available for me as at the minute I'm thinking I either walk away or bite the bullet!?

Company I work for, clocking in, docked wages, days pay?

I have done a search and tried putting it through Google translate but I am still unable to understand the meanings of these strange words.

What exactly is the issue regarding the clocking in machine? Are you the only person affected? Do you have tangible evidence to prove that you were on site? Have they had issues with time keeping or attendance in the past with you?

What does the contract say? Were you opted out of the agency regulations?

If you did the work and your employment contract is with the agency, then I think you may ultimately have to threaten / start legal action.
