If you did the work and your employment contract is with the agency, then I think you may ultimately have to threaten / start legal action.

Docked wages
Hi all
An electrical company I work for (through my agency) have docked my wages for an issue they have regarding our clocking in machine, even though all the guys know I was on site the managers are refusing to allow me to dispute this with them and are taking a days pay off me. Is there any help available for me as at the minute I'm thinking I either walk away or bite the bullet!?Tags: None
