In your experience, fellas, and of course AABE (all else being equal), does having a fellow contractor sign off your timesheets put you in a better position for extensions, in-situ rate rises, etc?

Where I am now, the manager of the unit I'm working in is a contractor. My project sponsor is a contractor. My project board of four people has three contractors with the fourth being the senior supplier! My three technical leads are permanent staff but their bosses are all contractors.
A bit messed up... I get my timesheets signed on time, that's all I care about.Comment
