I'm via Hays. I asked for a copy of the contract up front and they supplied, no problems.

Was a bit more work getting the schedule out of them though ("we can't do that until the computer gives it to us" bollocks). Well go make the fooking computer give it you then!!

In the end had to settle for a schedule that was knocked up by the agent - it would be exactly the same as the real schedule when they issued that in the near future, but this knocked up one was not the real one

Very strange agency to work via in that regard. It's as if they're used to dealing with monkeys who never ask any questions (I guess there are lots of contractors out there like that).

        Excellent payers though.

S3 group (Hays not part of them), IIRC.

Yep. Computer says no. General consensus seems to be they are tossers but good payers.

I don't know how you can sit there calling your clients, agents et al. Calling an entire agency tossers is just ridiculous and just evidence of your inability to be a professional contractor. It's you with the poor attitude, not them.

I've never had a problem with their payments and have been in several contracts with them over the past 14 years.
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).
