never had an issue either as others have said, paid weekly and bang on time.

Only thing I get pissed at is the running around to a Hays office to verify yourself, even when you've done it all before

Ok onsite for large IB I was NOT thru hays but others were. Extra bank holiday for royal wedding NON hays staff were paid Hays staff were not.

OT for same client non hays staff 1.5 sat 2 sun.Hays only got OT rate if they worked full week before and after OT so even 1/2 hr off you loose your OT in all cases client paid.

They one time I did work for them I walked off site for non payment and had to sue for my money.

No one has to sue for money. It always gets resolved well before this. People that band that 'sue them' term kinda prove they don't understand how it works so I don't believe a word of this.

We didn't want paid for bank holiday we were offered.

I don't care if you believe about sueing or not, I waited 3 months for hays to pay before leaving site, having been tuped (for want of a better word) to hays after being onsite for a year via another agency.

I phoned, emailed and snail mailed them and got total eyewash, so then instructed a solicitor.

So you think it is acceptable to charge the client OT rate then keep it?

So you are a temp not a contractor.

Contractors don't get paid for the days they don't work unless it's for notice periods in the contract.

No I am a contractor, but it was an extra bank holiday the client made a goodwill gesture to pay all contractors that day whether they worked or not if you were working it was triple time. One agency passed this on one did not.

So did it go to court or did the solicitor get it back for you?

Perhaps a little unfair for me to not explain....

                      cons
                      - Their contract documents were sent incorrectly a couple of times
                      - contracts are not ir35 friendly
                      - The client I worked through them for was the worst I have ever worked for
                      - Agent forwards you onto other departments rather than seeking to sort the issue out him/herself

                      pros
                      - Pay on time
