Never done a start next day but two of my gigs were interview Tues/Weds and start on Monday. That was only made possible due to QDOS turning round my review in super quick time. One case was a contractor had given backword at the last minute and the other the client was desperate.

I did 4 weeks for a direct client (that I'd worked for before). Met the bloke Friday morning, got the okay in the afternoon, started Monday. I didn't actually sort out the contract until 2 weeks in. Not that I'd recommend that.
The sooner you're there the sooner you're earning. If the contract turns out to be impossible you can always walk.Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment
