        Definitely invoice for it. It does seem quite standard though for permies to be expected to take a swings and roundabouts attitude to clock changes.

        I have been at gigs where the long lunch for the Christmas party and finishing early on Christmas Eve get extended to the contractors though, best of both worlds.

          I knew a guy who was a contractor on the railways. In spring they got paid for an hour they didn't work, and in autumn they didn't get paid for the extra hour.

          I invoice for what I work. E.g. Feb 29th during a leap year.
