    Strange occurrence at recruitment 'session'.

Last gig was all done by a recruitment session. Not a bad idea. 7-8 candidates around the table etc. All different roles.

Anyway, client does the usual, lays it on thick about how busy it is and how hard everyone works and how hectic it is (like they all do). So then they ask - so is everyone still interested?

Middle-age woman pipes up (she was down for Service Desk apparently) - 'No sorry I can't work in a hectic environment'. The couple of people from the client looked a bit stunned but said 'Umm OK thanks for coming'. So she gets up and walks out.

Never seen that before. Still not 100% sure it wasn't a plant by the client to see what everyone would do!

IMO they have a suspicion someone is acting unprofessional and moaning like a girl on a public forum so they are creating an unusual situation to see if it appears on said public forum so they can start to identify the culprit.

    HTH.

I must admit that since Suity learned the art of discretion it has been a little boring on here.

So I'll refrain from my old moan...

Is this a wind up PC? I'm assuming you're talking about the gig you've spent the past 8 weeks moaning on here about?

Seriously. I really don't see what my experience with said gig has got to do with this post. I'm talking about something else here.

I'm sure if I posted about the weather we've been having some of you would take that as a way to have a dig back at me.

Sure some of you could argue black is white just because you can.

This was before I started the gig BTW. If you'd read the post properly....

Seriously, you don't see the irony here?

Client tells you it's a difficult and hectic working environment, with no holidays allowed and a woman decides it's not for her.

You take the gig and then bleat on here daily about how difficult and hectic it is.

You've made your bed and you'll have to lie in it I am afraid.

No I think you'll find I never 'bleated' on her about how difficult and hectic the WORK was. There's a difference. I did moan about the way they organised things though I think you will find.

And anyway, how many intervews have you ever been to and been told yeh don't worry the work is easy and we're not busy at all.
