I helped the client interview and hire another contractor.
We will now be interviewing another person for the same role who will 90% will not get hired (unless he/she turns out to be an absolute superstar, which does not transpire from a CV)
Does it make any sense to go through the motions with that person? My temptation is to recommend to the hiring manager to just inform the candidate that we have hired someone else.
