Probably a good diea to get it now then?

Incidetnally, PCG Pus has just gained some extra freebies, agency default cover is extended to clients going under and you can get some sick pay as well...

Perfectly legal, if somewhat morally dubious.

Fill out the claim form when it arrives from the administrators only takes a few minutes, but don't hold your breath for any pay out. As the administrators get paid first!

I dont think this is the first time this has happened with XOR, if you do a check up on the directors you'll see what companies theyve run previously and dissolved ..!!

I was contracted to the end client through an agency to XOR, the agency called me today to say payment wouldn't be forthcoming, however, my contract is with the agency so going to push them for payment.

Don't really know where I stand though.

If you were opted in they have to pay you regardless.
