Anybody had dealings with XOR Professional Services?

    Hi,
Has anybody had an dealings with XOR professional services - either currently or in the past?
They're an IT managed services company (a bit like an agency, but not...). Having some real issues with delayed payments, etc.
Just to warn anybody who might engage with them....

gee, super hostile guy is here... I am both asking a question to verify what others might be experiencing as well as warning those who haven't and might come across them.

What are the reasons they are giving you? Is it a cash flow thing or are they just tardy payers?

How long/often are the delays? Worth writing to them and threatening them with interest or something like that?

I've been with them since beginning of March and their payment terms are a ridiculous 30 days month end. So my early March invoices were due at the end of April which was delayed by about a week after the end of April. They conveniently forgot about on of the invoices and that took almost two weeks to pay.

They then told me they were outsourcing their contractor relations and payments to another 3rd party company (Satigo) who would manage my contract but XOR would still maintain a relationship with the client.. I didn't like the sound of that so I told them that I wasn't interested in that arrangement. Anyway I'll be finishing up with them soon and know some fairly senior folks in the IT consultancies I work for and will advise against using them as a preferred supplier in future!

XOR always seem to give you one thing or the other, but never both at the same time.

            Sorry.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Unfortunately I don't have PCG cover, and only knew about PCG cover about a month ago and checked the conditions state that when you get cover it can't cover previous dealings and not for the first 60 days of cover...
