Dear all,
I am planning to start a new business. Can I use my existing company for it or should I start a new company? Can I start paying for website etc to my suppliers from my current company account?

I'd say 45% of posts on cuk are newbie style posts like the OP, 45% are you minutes later telling them to do a search, and the remaining 10% are nonsense in General.

Whilst we've had plenty of questions anwered on just about every subject/situation I agree a search is usually a good course of action and would have resolved this particular query.

However, the rules and legislation can and do change from time to time so something that was correct 6 months ago isn't necessarily correct or the best thing to do today. So maybe searching isn't all that relevant for every single thing.

Why does asking someone to do a search need a chill pill. The OP (who is a seasoned poster and should know better!!!) wants some advice. It has been asked many times before so all the information they want can be found doing a search. To me that is pretty good advice and doesn't need a chill pill at all. It is a lazy post wanting to been spoon fed an answer. THe OP is well known for this so I would say my advice is pretty spot on ...this time <cough>

They don't make me insecure, they make me bang my head on the desk as they are always lazy and unresearched. I don't mind helping people that put a modicum of effort in first....
