    That is quite correct and why there is a sticky at the top of the FAQ page advising this. It also advises you to search in an individual area.. i.e.

    site:forums.contractoruk.com/accounting-legal/ so it only searches in the most relevant areas...

    Whilst we've had plenty of questions anwered on just about every subject/situation I agree a search is usually a good course of action and would have resolved this particular query.

    However, the rules and legislation can and do change from time to time so something that was correct 6 months ago isn't necessarily correct or the best thing to do today. So maybe searching isn't all that relevant for every single thing.
