        Damn right it is not, that and mumsnet farrr to scarey. Some of our posters did a raid on mumsnet and failed and we are still being had over by them many months later. Not to be messed with that lot for sure!

        Saying that if you post the same basic questions over and over when there are guides galore I am sure you will get some pretty straight comments from them as well.

                Hi emmantalo,

                Yes just accept. Quite often these days the agency is locked into a 15% cut. It's unlikely that he's lying because if he did he'll get found out and be thrown out of the client.

                It's a tough market. Go for it.
