I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

          Broadstone Resourcing

I came across this gem today.

To represent me, this agent wants a copy of my passport, job history for the past three years with contact names/phones/emails, other agencies I'm registered with...
ooh, and next of kin details

          Why...?

The first you can understand, eligibility to work in UK. Job history? Lead generation. Agencies "registered with"? Want to see what others are doing.

Next of kin? That's the bizarre one.

Possibly need to notify next of kin if I fall in a coma during my interviews?

Salt. Cancelled my interview without telling me - luckily remote but I was still sat there on Zoom like a melon for twenty minutes on my own. Then blanked me completely.

One year later same plum contacted me about the same role as if nothing had happened.
