£400 a day is not great for test manager/lead roles. I've not had one tha low since about 1997.
Maybe you should try your current employers' sister company AccidentureWhen freedom comes along, don't PISH in the water supply.....Comment

You don't mention Finance experience - that will count you out for at least half the testing market on Jobserve at the moment.
SAP HR/SD experience? That's another chunk of the market.
Automation experience?
An ISTQB foundation cert in testing? (Even for jobs that require significant experience it's not unheard of for a clueless agent to insist on a foundation cert..)
Web and .Net testing? What's going to differentiate you from the hundreds of others out there, especially those that are already in the EU/UK and can attend interviews, etc at short notice (it doesn't matter whether you can actually do the interview over the phone, it's whether you are able to attend one in the eyes of the agent).Comment

Thanks
Thanks for the input. Much appreciated. Among other skills set, i have QTP/Loadrunner and web testing experience. Obviously, I can not list on the forum all my qualifications :> I really do appreciate your feedback.
Have a great day !

What's up with this much animosity towards Accenture ??? Not a perfect company, but has proved itself in the market :>. Personally, I am still learning.
Have a great day !
