anyone think roles are getting filled before making it to jobserve? Are recruiters cutting costs and by passing Jobserve? If so how are they filling roles?

They fill roles by going through their CV database first. Then look at the jobs boards.

Hmmm, their db will be full of matching candidates. It sounds like a big waste of time to call all matches who probably are employed.

It is easier to cut/paste job spec and use sw to filter out matching/unmatching cv or banned candidates ...

It's called bulk email.

Then you can go do CV searches online.

c++ jobs on jobserve

i've been wondering why searches for c++ jobs in london return less than half what itjobsboard returns.
