    1. Which website is the best if I am looking for IT contract in London and don't want to restrict myself to finance sector? Looking either for C++ or C# positions.
    2. Is the contract market dead? I have a lot of interviews but no results.
    3. I also going for the interviews for permie positions. They all started with some tests (that nobody could complete in time) and no feedback yet.
    Please, share your thoughts.

    It's called bulk email.

Then you can go do CV searches online.

It is easier to cut/paste job spec and use sw to filter out matching/unmatching cv or banned candidates ...

looks overly complex to me and just like most niche skills that usually fall by the wayside
