As you said that you've read a lot of posts on this forum you are probably not too surprised that a number of people have not been happy with your post - it's normal here. The main things to note are:
1. What that company is doing with visas sounds highly dodgy to me and I'd be surprised if it was legal.
2. The UK is still in a very bad state following the credit crisis and a large number of contractors do not have work at the moment. It's really tough right now for anyone who finds themselves out of work. So the likelihood of you finding something here at the moment is not high.
3. A number of the people on this forum are not currently working and so it will cause upset if someone is asking about the best way for them to come to the country (in a dodgy manner) so that they can try to take the jobs that are there.
