Question for mods
If I set up a linkedin group - can we have a sticky thread here containing the groups URL so members can join it?
Also, can I use the contractorUK logo?Just call me Matron - Too many handbagsComment

Dont publish it in the directory but also vet who can join. i.e. a combination of two of the responses.Comment

A yes vote from me, although I wouldn't be holding my breath for the business to come rolling in through that channel..the same opinion I hold for the Business / Contracts forum on CUK.Moving to Montana soon, gonna be a dental floss tycoonComment

Right - I have created a group - at the moment It is in the directory but you have to be approved prior to joining - this can be changed at any time - looks like I would have to invite you to join the group if not in the directory - so you would have to pm me with email address!

or

( can not see what the links look like as it takes me stright in as admin)
or search for ContractorUK under Groups.
Prehaps we could get a 'Sticky' put on a thread here?
PS - I can delete the group at any time if anyone wishes to.Last edited by zara_backdog; 22 May 2009, 15:22.Just call me Matron - Too many handbagsComment

Done and we have about 8 members - I very impressive bunch I may add
Please feel free for suggestions - I have links to a lot of Project Management training stuff I can add from other groups - and hopefully this can be our 'Professional' network.
Hopefully those PM's who get to recruite for their projects can see peoples professional profiles here and may get some of us off the bench.
Good luck!
