My pimp where informed this morning by p4 and are going to get back to me. they have promised to and have frozen any payments for all cleints to P4 until the individual says pay.

They will be checking the legal side and whether we can cancel the outstanding invoices and put them through someone else!
I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!

I wouldn't hold out much hope, as any outstanding invoices will be paid to the administrator, they can't just unilaterally "cancel" them. Of course it is possible that the administrator might negotiate with new company.

Usually the administrator runs the company until it is finally wound up. So it will still exist as a legal entity, and anything you do has to be agreed with the administrator, as his job is to get as much out of any outstanding work in progress. Once the bankruptcy has been announced effectively your contract is void, so anything you do after that is can be renegotiated.

But you hadn't had a go at pulling splinters out of others' eyes, in the that Thread.

Scooby - am absolutely positive (based on personal experience with Futuro) that the agency will not be able to cancel any invoices already raised unless the administrators agree - and they won't. They can freeze payments if they want but they are still liable for the debt - company in administration is not a valid legal reason to fail to pay.
