I'd suggest you need to discuss it with your partner first. That relationship should be your priority. If he finds out that he doesn't get a job because you lied to him, it's not showing much honesty between the two of you. Discuss it with him and then let him take it up with those carrying out the checks.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore -

He ought to have mentioned why he asked, or perhaps you should have been more curious? Vetting can be quite invasive, from I've heard, and it's not good to share another person's data without saying what it's for.
Even though HWMBO knows where I've lived for the past 5 years, when his son was being vetted he told me about it and asked if I was ok with my address history data being provided. I then made sure he had accurate address information and move in/out dates.Comment
