    I had quite a serious issue with them not long before I left IT bum-on-seat contracting (this happened in late 2012 from memory) they got themselves blacklisted.
    Many moons ago they used to be Elan IT and they were not that good back then.

      I was with Experis about 5 years ago. Didn't have a problem at all. I just think times have changed. Not getting a call back from a recruiter hasn't though.

        Assuming you know who the client is and the name of the interviewer, perhaps you can contact them directly explaining that the agency had said they wanted to offer the role but have since become uncontactable. Perhaps they genuinely would like to offer you the role but, if not, they might decide that agency isn't one they want to keep dealing with.

          Contracted through them into IBM - they were fairly frictionless.
