To be fair he's got a point. If you confirm that your agent is on fixed commission from the start, nearly all my gigs have been, you can get the number and where they aren't you can take a stab at it or either a) check project docs for charge sheets or b) wait for some numpty to mail the spreadsheet out to every contractor (happened twice).

I think the poll needs to be split by in and outside ir35 otherwise the rate card is going to be all over the place. So many peeps got lifted from 500 outside to 700 inside.
