Yes. Massive company so much depends on exactly which department/project you'd be working on.

If you decide to commute from Germany or France you will need to register there and you will need to submit a tax declaration. However in Germany for example I wouldn't expect you to pay any more tax than you would in Switzerland. You should check this though.
