I am working with a 'disruptor' at the moment around building back office (financial) products for PSC and Umbrella workers Post April. As we know the landscape will change, I am keen to know what else other than what is currently offered by the usual suspects would be a differentiator.
The two things that seem to influence workers choices right now are price and service, but are the incumbents missing a trick right now by not bringing in other services? Think group discounts, lead passing mechanism or community forum.
I guess if you were building something from scrath to basically attract yourselves, what would it be?
