I'm aware that carrying on without a proper contract extension / new contract in place is considered MoO. Perhaps a silly question but what are people doing in terms of signing contracts when everyone is wfh? Wouldn't mind doing digital signatures, but I'm getting a feeling that client's HR isn't highly skilled in anything other than print / sing with a pen / scan. Is it enough to sign, take a photo and email over as proof of actually having a written contract in place?

Where do you think people carried this task out before Covid?? I have been carrying the same steps as above for the last 10 years. What has changed with covid?
