You need to find an umbrella company that will you pay a foreign bank, and also that will pay someone that doesn;t have the right to work. Most companies will avoid you as you're not easy for someone to just tick a box on a form

Yes. But as a non EU national it will make it easier for you to work in the UK (probably). Gaining EU citizenship is unlikely to help you work in the paradise that will be UK post-Brexit.
