2 months of looking. Highest has been 3 months. Turned down a couple in that time.
Usually about 2 weeks.⭐️ Gold Star ContractorComment

In 3rd week - verbal offer of a contract (only 3 months) and a permie gig. Nothing in writing yet. 10000 pimps for every gig - many Pimps with zero gigs - must be lean times for them.Comment

End of week four:
In that time I’ve had one unsuccessful face to face interview and currently have a few leads, awaiting client response

Everyone on here seems to assume perm jobs are a shoe in as a back up
Reality is hiring managers see a contract CV and will pigeonhole
They ask questions about why the candidate is returning to perm
They may suspect the candidate will return to contract when the market picks up
Especially the may the market is at the moment, perm jobs are not guaranteedComment
