Your reply is easy then:Originally posted by ascender View PostBecause of the three week break, we need to sign something on our return which says we've not committed any murders or "worked for anyone else" during the period of downtime. Surely that's an IR35-unfriendly schoolboy error? To be fair though, it was from Lorien who don't give a **** so I guess I should have expected it.
I can confirm that I have worked for nobody other than MyLtdCo.The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't existComment

Rumbelows? I'd planned a bit of shelf-stacking at Tesco - should get a discount on the turkey and booze that way too.Originally posted by SlipTheJab View PostThats the part time Xmas job at Rumblelows you were banking on to tide you over down the swanny then :-)Comment

Merry Christmas everyone!Originally posted by SueEllen View PostNope they don't do that for zero hours Christmas staff.
Lorien have replied to say that quite a few contractors have raised this with them but they can't do anything because its what the client emailed them. I did ask what the Lorien accountants and legal team thought of it but I don't think I'll get a reply.Comment
