    One reason would be that you don't have many expenses.
    Another reason is that come next April in the public sector you may as well as it won't make any difference...

      Can't be a director, too newbie to want to jump straight in to LTDs, already on an inside IR35 contract so dont need a LTD, a whole host of personal reasons etc. No one said they were ideal but can suit some people's needs
