the company politics is so crap that even management can't do anything. It simply takes time. Like "let's see in 3 weeks to discuss this"

Are you for real? Guess who'll be first out the door.

Politics aside, get the analysis right and there will be fewer bugs and more value added to the end product.

I worked for government once. Six months of doing the Times Crossword in the morning, long lunches, and watching the world go by in the afternoon. They didn't want to let us go as they needed security cleared specialists.

Top rate it was as well. Very bad for my liver.

Yeah , I want to move to London , I expected this to be 6 months tops. I get on with permies so well that they don't want to let me go.
Rate isn't top so not so great:S

Nothing to complain , getting rich quickly though...
