      So far they are working NICELY for me, but i'm starting to shift some of the funds to properties up north to spread the risk even further.

            Low rates do not imply that you fail, it implies that you are not experienced, or have a good enough reputation, or work in a high-rate area.
            You seem to confuse money with success.

            Strive after happiness rather than finance and you will have a better wealth.

              I'll do this once I have 7 digits. I just can't stop, every day out of work, even bank holidays seem like a big waste
