Commute in your scruffs, IV clothes in bag, get there 20mins earlier and befriend the receptionist. Ask for the bathroom, chnage in there and leave bag with reception.
I have done this a few times. I have also gotten changed for an IV in the back of a cab so there are ways around.Comment

Yes, do you certainly do need to wear a suit and tie. As the interview is usually inside an air-conditioned office all you need to do is limit the time in said garbs to an absolute minimum.
So, make the journey to the nearest pub to interview location in shorts, t-shirt and slip-ons.
Get changed at Pub, do interview and reverse-rinse-repeat.

Until someone can prove to me what function a tie serves I refuse to wear one.
