The funny fact is when you want a permanent job, you won't get it. So just try applying for some permie roles and the recruiters will quickly start ignoring you.

So true. They seem to be really suspicious of contractors for some reason. It's just a different way of working and I daresay we've all been perm in the past. But yes, they have a real problem with it.
