Are Capita CL1 contracts still bad news?

I've been offered a contract with a public sector client (yikes!) with an agent who can offer me an IR35 compliant contract (substitution clause, etc. and checked by QDos). However, on their side it sounds like it'll be a CL1 contract with Capita. I know there were some pretty long threads on this subject but have Capita had to change their wording after a contractor backlash? Or is signing such a contract still bad news?

There are now two CL1 contracts for the agencies to use, Limited Company and Self Employed. The Ltd Co one has been written to be IR35 compliant, provided of course the reality matches up.
    Blog? What blog...?

Cheers Malvolio, that sounds (somewhat) encouraging! At least it's not a complete dead loss.

I have a CL1 contract with Capita and had it reviewed by QDOS and it passed the IR35 test.
