There are now two CL1 contracts for the agencies to use, Limited Company and Self Employed. The Ltd Co one has been written to be IR35 compliant, provided of course the reality matches up.

I've been offered a contract with a public sector client (yikes!) with an agent who can offer me an IR35 compliant contract (substitution clause, etc. and checked by QDos). However, on their side it sounds like it'll be a CL1 contract with Capita.
