Do you think I will get a reply?

So, got an email from a Rullion pimp today for a role (actually not too bad, but not looking...) and so I politely replied to the effect of not currently looking....but could not resist throwing in "Out of curiosity, what is Rullion’s current stance on the Conduct of Employment Agencies 2003 (Opt-Out) rules? Are you now considering candidates on merit and not their opt in/out stance?"

    Place your bets.....

They would have hit delete after reading you're not looking so wouldn't even get down to the question

They wouldn't even understand the question.

If you didn't send a CV, they won't have even read it.

+1. Remember chatting to one rather hostile Rullion agent lady last year, after 5 mins trying to get some details of the role from her:

Her: And also all our potential candidates must sign the Opt Out agreement before going forward...
            Me: <click> brrrrrrrrrrr

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.
