I have been using crunch and l can recommend them. They have friendly staff, when I requested a letter my account manager went to great lengths to get that done asap.
PS: you do have to put up with the bugs in their software, looks like they don't have good testersComment

Just as long as everyone is aware they are basically a call centre providing bookkeeping software, not a proactive accountancy firm....Originally posted by ee61re View PostAnother happy Crunch customer here - I've been with them since 2010.
They're cheaper because they are providing a different service model. It may well be one that works for you, but you shouldn't confuse the two.Blog? What blog...?

That's a rather miserly assessment! We must be the only call centre in the world that's ACCA / AAT / PCG accredited in that case.Originally posted by malvolio View PostJust as long as everyone is aware they are basically a call centre providing bookkeeping software, not a proactive accountancy firm....

I've been using Crunch over 3 years now and very happy with it. Software is very good and being updated continously. Support is helpful and prompt. I had only one problem and when complained they were quick to apologize and take action.
If you want them to be a bit more proactive and look deeper into your accounts then there is Crunch service for that too. You can book an appointment for that and have a discussion with one of their accountants.Comment

That's kinda my point. I don't have to. I don't have to do all the book-keeping either, just track income and outgoings.Originally posted by Sagara View PostI've been using Crunch over 3 years now and very happy with it. As I keep saying the cost of any good accountancy service is negligible and should never be part of the buying decision.Blog? What blog...?
