I've been using Crunch over 3 years now and very happy with it. Software is very good and being updated continously. Support is helpful and prompt. I had only one problem and when complained they were quick to apologize and take action.
If you want them to be a bit more proactive and look deeper into your accounts then there is Crunch service for that too. You can book an appointment for that and have a discussion with one of their accountants.

I have been using crunch and l can recommend them.They have friendly staff, when I requested a letter my account manager went to great lengths to get that done asap.
PS: you do have to put up with the bugs in their software, looks like they don't have good testers

Using them
Great! Intuitive software. Real time update on your status. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Respond quickly to email.
Have to do your own bookkeeping though. I spend 3 mins a day logging subsistence expenses and any others.
Inexpensive too!
