Now, do we become another US state? I hope not, but my vote to stay in the EU was for many more reasons than economic ones.

I do still think that we will end up with MORE immigration from outside the EU. Unlimited visas anyone?
With EU immigration, many wish to return to their home country to live at some point; they will have a great life when they return. With non-eu immigration they will stay and want to bring their extended families and frail grandparents etc.

Then the fruit picking permit scheme has been tripled from 10,000 to 30,000 (seems Pick for Britain was a bit of a failure as Brexiters didn't want to get off of their fat arses to help Britain out, they still want foreigners to do their work
