If the UK gets back full control of its waters and gets thrown out of EU waters the net additional income to the UK economy is about £80 million. However the cost of defending British waters, and Naval patrol boats are very expensive, is about £80 million.

I don't think it's about the cost, it's about upholding law.

It probably costs a lot of money to lock up rapists compared to the amount of £££ rape costs the economy for example.

You really are a monumental bell-end. The UK will have the 84% which currently goes to the EU. Which is more than plenty, and should ensure that stocks in UK waters are plentiful for the foreseeable, rather than being plundered under the terrible stewardship of the EU.

This statistic is designed to give the impression that EU fishing boats fish in UK waters, wrong. These fish cross borders, the UK quota is limited to allow the fish to cross over borders and be caught in other EU fishing waters. If there is no quota agreed the EU fishing boats will still be able to catch the same quota as before in their own waters as they do currently. This will lead to over fishing.

The Royal Navy can't stop EU fisherman "stealing UK fish" in their own waters.

If Britain massively increases its quotas, the EU won't decrease theirs leading to the death of the fishing industry in Western Europe. The EU won't have an interest in shutting down its own industry to satisfy the British.

You can only maintain fish stocks if you have agreement between all countries to which the fish migrate. The British attitude of going it alone will lead to the death of the European fish industry. The Europeans will simply catch what remains of the UK fish in their own waters. There will be no fish left to return to UK waters.

You’re missing the point. There are three things that the UK really excels at: financial services, scientific research and fishing. As long as one of them is protected, it will be just fine.
